කාමරංගා[Kamaranga]/Carambola apple/Chinese Gooseberry (Averrhoa carambola)
A small tree native to
Malayan
region. Introduced and widely cultivated in low to mid elevation home gardens. Flowering throughout the year with peaks in April to June. Fruit edible and fruits, leaves, seeds and flowers are used in medicine.
