වල් දෙල්/බැදි දෙල්/හිංගල දෙල්[Wal del/Bedi-del]/Hingala-del (Artocarpus nobilis)


An endemic tree common in wet zone forests and village gardens.  Seeds edible and wood use in construction industry.

  7. No idea from where can you find seeds, but tree is not uncommon and grows even in home gardens of wet zone close to forest habitats like Kitulgala, Labugama, Matugama etc.

  8. We have this tree in our garden. It has been here for about 10,15 years i guess . Only now it is full of fruits. Just like kos madulu. But small . Very very sweet . Ilove it.smelly
